On Aug 2025 Ryan's crew started residing my house. It was 50+ years old and crumbling. They found after tearing off the old siding that I had no exterior... sheathing or wind bracing at all. They were able to get my home structurally sound. They also replaced the original soffit and windows trim. My home now has LP Siding with a 50 year warranty and it looks brand new. Excellent experience with Primeco Construction team! Ryan, in their sales office, worked a very short turn around roofing requirement for a home that I was... purchasing. The PrimeCo team had my home, a large garage and a smaller storage shed all completed in one very short weekend. (the time promised) The team corrected issues with the sloppy job done on the initial roof venting (extra labor) without additional cost and while remaining on schedule. All roofs look great and I did not see a much as a single nail on the ground when they were done cleaning up. Big change from some of the other roofing companies I have used in the past. I hope the review is enough to expresses my gratitude to the entire team!read more
